This very popular apartment has a south facing balcony so that you can have your
meals in the sunshine (with shade from an awning if needed), plus it also has an excellent swimming pool, which includes a
shallow children's section and palm trees are around the pool, so
giving a choice of whether to be in the sun or shade.

The long sandy blue flag beaches, bars, restaurants, cafes, weekly street
market, shops, supermarkets, taxis and bus stops all within 5 minutes walk from
the property. The weekly street market sells leather goods, fresh food,
fish, fruit and veg, plus, the very large water park in Torrevieja (great for the kids!) is just a 10 minute
drive or cheap taxi ride away! This part of La Mata is totally flat, making it ideal for everyone.
