Property details:
This modern, ground floor property in Aguas Nuevas, La Mata, is maintained to a high standard and is 40 minutes from Alicante airport and Murcia airport.

Bedrooms

2 Bedrooms, (1 double and 2 singles) - maximum number of people sleeping in the property at any one time, including children aged 2 and over, is 4.

Bathrooms

1 Bathroom with wc, bath/shower, bidet and wash basin.

Lounge

Large lounge has sofa, armchairs and dining area.

Kitchen

Hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, kettle, complete sets of crockery, cutlery and saucepans.

Leisure

Satellite TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Channel 4, Channel 5, UK Gold, childrens English TV channels, Sky 1, Sky Sports and Sky Movies. There's also a DVD player, music centre and some popular reading books.

General

2 Sets of freshly cleaned bedding per bed, 2 freshly cleaned towels per person, hair dryer, 2 wheeled shopping trolley, iron and ironing board. Fully equipped with fans for the summer and heating for the winter.

Local

20 Minutes walk to the long sandy beaches of La Mata and within 5 minutes walk to bars, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and restaurants.
Only a 10 mins stroll to the nearest cove, Cala de la Higuera or Cala Redono, there is a ramp down to the beach which is cleaned and raked every morning. Also there are restaurants etc opposite the beach.  It is usually quiet and sheltered. Playa de los Locos is within easy walking distance.

A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and an information folder containing details for the local area and local events, together with a map of the local area will also be in the property.

Rental Rates:

There's 3 sets of rates below - weekly, monthly and nightly, just choose the rates that are relevant to your stay.

Less than 7 nights, please only choose the nightly rate.

For a stay of 7 nights, just choose the weekly rate.

For a stay of over 7 nights, for example 10 nights, just divide the weekly rate by 7, then multiply by the number of nights you want.

For a stay of at least 1 calendar month, just choose the monthly rates.

The rates above are per property, (not per person), and includes the cleaning and laundry after the rental, all community fees, all water bills and all electric bills.  If your rental is for 5 nights or less, please add £60 (90€) to the total calculated from the nightly rate above.

Flexibility - Your property rental can be anything from 1 night to 6 months, plus the rental can start and finish on any day of the week and any time of the day or night. If your rental is not for an exact week, just multiply the nightly rate above, by the number of nights you would like. Also, if your rental involves more than one charging period above, just calculate it on a pro-rata basis.

Discounts for long term rentals - Discounts are available if the rental is for at least 3 calendar months, just ask about the discount in your enquiry.

Payment terms - Easy payment terms, just a small deposit to reserve the property and the balance paid later.

Airport transfer service - For the same price as a taxi, an English speaking driver can take you from the airport to the property and back to the airport at the end of your stay if you wish. If you would like this airport transfer service, just mention it in your enquiry.
